Basically, we spent 4 days just hanging out. My mom brought my American Girl Bitty Baby doll (who is 25 years old) along with all of her accessories and clothes for Amelie. I think both my mom and I had visions of what it would be like sharing it with my little girl someday and Amelie most definitely didn't let us down. She was completely entranced and loves her "new" baby. We played babies for hours.
Grandpa spent hours playing Legos with Liam. Grandma and Grandpa spent time with both Liam and Amelie doing a few science experiments with a science kit they gave to Liam for Christmas. We all enjoyed bowling, eating good food, and sitting around while cracking nuts after the kids went to bed.
Liam loves Grandpa so much that he even decided to wear this suit (which he has rejected for the last 4 months) because it looked like Grandpa's.
The kids are already excitedly planning when they can go to Grandma and Grandpa's house.
